Order these contractor passes if you already use this type of system and need to top up your stock. 

Generic Pass:
This generic stock authority to work paper pass issues all contractors with an ID pass featuring all of the Health & Safety rules that must be followed whilst working on site. It also contains authority-to-work information such as details of work to be conducted, where and if a permit-to-work is required. The authority to work information is recommended in the HSE guidance, Managing Contractors HSG159.

Compatibility:
If you’ve not ordered from us before then please check compatibility with your existing writing board. Measure your current pass and if the holes on the left hand side are 3mm apart then these will fit.  If not then please click here to order new writing board from us.

The prices shown here display both inclusive & exclusive of VAT. Delivery is not displayed here and is calculated in your shopping basket. If you are ordering multiple items we may be able to combine delivery charges, please call us to ask!

Can we see samples before we buy?

Please just ask us! Our policy is wherever possible to supply any product samples free of charge when we can. However some larger and more expensive lines, they may incur a charge or delivery cost.

Delivery Time

STOCK ITEMS: Order before 2pm for next working day delivery to anywhere in mainland UK (Excludes UK bank holidays).

NON-STOCK: Customised products such as branded lanyards, printed plastic cards, printed wristbands, branded visitor books. Delivery dates for these items can be found within their product description.

All orders are posted using a secure trackable signed for courier service.

NON UK MAINLAND DELIVERY:
For Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scillies, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and shipments to other countries please contact us for a quotation of delivery costs or complete your order and we will contact you with the delivery cost.

Returns
