If you currently use this type of sign in pass system order these refills to top up your stock. This particular design is useful if you need to visually identify on the pass whether the guest is a visitor or a contractor.

If you’ve not ordered from us before then please check compatibility with your existing writing board. Measure your current pass and if the holes on the left hand side are 3mm apart then these will fit.  If not then please click here to order a new writing board from us.

Generic Pass
Specially designed and printed in blue and red ink to look smart and suit most organisations. Each guest ticks on the front of the pass to state if they are a visitor or contractor.  Complies with regulation 3 of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.

Do the prices shown include VAT & Delivery?

The prices shown here display both inclusive & exclusive of VAT. Delivery is not displayed here and is calculated in your shopping basket. If you are ordering multiple items we may be able to combine delivery charges, please call us to ask!

Can we see samples before we buy?

Please just ask us! Our policy is wherever possible to supply any product samples free of charge when we can. However some larger and more expensive lines, they may incur a charge or delivery cost.

Delivery Time

STOCK ITEMS: Order before 2pm for next working day delivery to anywhere in mainland UK (Excludes UK bank holidays).

NON-STOCK: Customised products such as branded lanyards, printed plastic cards, printed wristbands, branded visitor books. Delivery dates for these items can be found within their product description.

For Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scillies, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and shipments to other countries please contact us for a quotation of delivery costs or complete your order and we will contact you with the delivery cost.
